MAX Bar and Grill

The concept for Max Bar and Grill comes from the Brasserie, as a beer café, often forming part of a brewery. Over time the original brasseries changed and metamorphosed into popular dining outlets serving BBQ and drinks throughout the day. As the brassée became more and more popular they became the meeting place for the Beau Monde of French high society. In
modernizing the concept, Max Bar and Grill very much carries on the traditions of the brassée and will continue to attract the same level of clientele.
